Ulrika leans on a long career at the heart of leading investment organisations including Goldman Sachs, Accel, Kinnevik and Apollo and over a decade of board-room experience. She is a Meyler Campbell Mastered trained leadership coach and a Hogan and Myers Biggs accredited assessor.

She is inspired by her broad network of high performing clients as well as great thinkers such as Viktor Franckl, Jenny Rogers, Nancy Kline, Patrick Lencioni and Daniel Kahneman.

Recent and current projects include coaching a selection of investment professionals for a Swedish mid-cap PE fund, running leadership training and providing individual coaching to early-stage technology founders as part of a program led by Oxford Said Business School and working on a development program for high-potential partner promotes at a City law firm. She also selectively supports individual clients in professional services, charities and start-ups.

Alongside work she is a passionate skier, cook and gardener and loves the sea.
