It should be dead easy; Hire the right people, enable good decision making, be clear about your goals and create the framework for people to deliver.  In reality, people are complicated, the goals are often unclear and there is no time.

I bring credibility, a structured approach and deep curiosity, gained from 25 years of C-suite and board experience at the heart of successful investment organisations. My clients are predominantly investment firms, start-ups and professional services firms and I work with them each according to their needs.

Leadership and performance coaching.

When the day to day of an organisation is not aligned with the 1-3 things that really matter it impacts the bottom line. At best the organisation works sub-optimally and at worst it loses key people. Assessment.

Successful organisations rest on an understanding of what is required in each role and on codifying those criteria into consistent hiring, performance development and promotion tools. Assessments (in the form of behavioural interviews, 360’s and psychometrics) help identify areas of strength and development against success criteria, as a hiring tool or as a basis for individual development plans.
